I have ordered a print of around 70 photos on Aug 12th. It was supposed to delivered to me within 5-8 business days.

On checking their status on their website, it always shows "Payment Accepted". No progress for almost 10 days. When I called customer care, I was shocked to discover that my photos were sent to a wrong address in some other state. Seriously?

Think about this. Your personal photos being handed over to some stranger who can misuse the photos in whatever way he want. The customer service person lied to me saying that shipment is still in transit and they will ask USPS to redirect to my address.

I asked the tracking number and later when I track the status, I found that it was already delivered 2 days before. liars...Avoid.
