Like Cameras West and very disappointed in on line RitzPix, not the quality of products previously offered. Decided to call to cancel auto payments to Network Plan since no longer a store close to me.

Apparently I missed the part where I would lose my balance of $82 within less than 30 days. Called back and was told this was explained to me. I really don't recall that conversation, just that they would stop automatic charges to my account by the Oct 1st.

Customer service lacking. Will change to another service, won't be surprised if this group doesn't make it.
